T700 Depot Business Manager

Job Description Summary

This position is based in Bogota, Colombia, and involves interaction with various military bases and outstations. The T700 Depot Business Manager is accountable for delivering on contracted requirements, overseeing daily onsite operations, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and acting as the primary liaison for our customers with GE Aerospace. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the readiness of our T700 Depot operations by developing effective processes and collaborating with both customer and GE teams.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with KPIs and service standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to meet customer and business requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer interactions regarding T700 contracts.
• Coordinate closely with various stakeholders, including military representatives, to manage Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) activities effectively.
• Lead long-term planning and strategy development for service operations in support of customer needs.
• Ensure that projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Foster relationships with customers to enhance service delivery and identify new business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proven experience in service operations, especially within the aerospace industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex projects.
