Your Mission

As Plant Manager of our Nashville, Illinois facility which is responsible for manufacturing headliner systems, door's and IP. You have the chance to drive change & lead the site's operational improvement initiatives. You will have full site P&L responsibility, leading the site in driving the business forward through implementation of lean manufacturing techniques and defining best practice. You will be working closely with the wider group in order to embed strategy and drive the vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • All aspects of the site's operational, quality & financial targets, ensuring all departments are interlinking with the commercial teams effectively.
  • Overall responsibility for all environmental matters within the site and liaison with the effectively.
  • Manage all functions within the site P&L operating within a wider group environment - including strategy, operations, HR, finance, sales, capital expenditures, forecasting, budgeting, audit performance and expense management and support key divisional planning.
  • Establishing and implementing strategies that have long-term impact on business results in alignment with group objectives.
  • Developing actionable business strategies and plans for the site that ensure alignment with short term and long term objectives.
  • Translating strategy into a clear set of strategic priorities and plans for the site, clear goals and metrics and drive results, a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Regular, consistent, and transparent communication with the wider groups and other senior leaders on business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Monitoring site performance and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
  • Developing and support management team to deliver against departmental goals.
