Director Of Establishment

The Compassion Association, recognized for its commitment to the care of the elderly, is looking for a Director of Establishment for its EHPAD located in Domfront (60).

As Director of Establishment, you will ensure the daily management of the establishment. Ensuring the smooth operation and quality of service, your mission is to welcome and support residents according to the qualitative commitments defended, organizing and controlling the work of the establishment's teams in respect of the set budget.

Under the authority of the General Management, your missions consist of:

Defining and implementing the project of the establishment:

  • Participate in the definition of strategic orientations according to the residents (level of dependency, pathologies,...) and the available means (staff, architecture of the premises, etc.);

  • Participate in the elaboration of the quality approach of the association for the care of the residents;

Managing and motivating human resources:

  • Identify the needs in skills: care, accommodation, animation...;

  • Participate in the recruitment of the establishment's staff;

  • Carry out the annual evaluation and professional interviews of the staff;

  • Define the organization of work;

  • Participate in the elaboration and validate the schedules;

  • Carry out the payroll preparation for the establishment;

  • Send the contract requests to the head office;

  • Participate in the integration of new employees;

  • Ensure the good social climate;

  • Carry out the DUERP follow-up;

Taking charge of the administrative, budgetary and financial management of the establishment:

  • Follow the budget of the establishment;

  • Perform the administrative admission of residents;

  • Sign the reminders of unpaid residents;

Organizing the functioning of the establishment:

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of professionals;

  • Define the work procedures of the establishment's staff with the Service Managers;

  • Participate in internal and external evaluations and renewals of the certification;

Managing logistics:

  • Carry out requests for purchases of equipment, fittings and operation;

  • Evaluate suppliers;

  • Sign orders according to the current procedure (excluding works and PPI);

  • Study with external partners the post adjustments;

Managing relations with families and individual follow-up of residents:

  • Welcome the elderly and their families;

  • Receive families in appointments to fill out pre-admission files;

  • Evaluate the individual needs of residents, in consultation with the teams;

Profile
  • Graduated from level 7 (Bac +5) in management, health or medico-social fields (Master MOSS, CAFDES, etc.).

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a strong empathy for the elderly and their families.

  • Significant experience in the management of medico-social establishments is highly desirable.

  • Excellent team management, project management and communication skills.

  • Mastery of regulatory and financial aspects related to the medico-social sector.

Salary offered according to convention: € gross monthly
