Overview
Automotive Management Group (AMG Enterprises) is seeking a Manager to advance our busy automotive repair shop. The role centers on customer service, sales, and shop operations within a dynamic, family‑friendly environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the face of the location, interacting directly with customers.
- Dispatch service work to technicians and oversee shop operations.
- Take ownership of the location’s performance, driving results and accountability.
- Support a sales‑driven culture by contributing to revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in sales and customer service.
- Self‑starter with responsibility and accountability for shop results.
- Ability to train and lead a team.
Year‑1 earning potential: $80,000 – $120,000 (base salary with commission and bonus, performance‑based pay scale).
Schedule- 5‑day work week, Saturdays required.
- Some holidays required.
