Job&Box recrute for its client, a family-owned company specializing in transport, its/his Responsible Atelier in permanent position, sector Bédée (35). Join a solid and dynamic family business, recognized for its expertise in bulk transport in France and Europe. You will lead a team of mechanics and play a key role in the availability and reliability of the fleet, at the heart of the company's activity.

Your missions:
Organize and manage the workshop: task distribution, priority definition, and planning of preventive maintenance. Supervise diagnostics and repairs, and ensure compliance with deadlines to limit vehicle immobilization. Manage spare parts stocks and supplier relations to optimize costs and ensure continuity of activity. Lead, supervise, and develop the team of mechanics, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and current regulations. Monitor performance indicators, analyze recurring breakdowns, and provide reporting to management.

Profile sought:
Graduate of a technical training in heavy truck mechanics or with significant field experience, you have evolved towards managerial responsibilities and know how to combine technical expertise and organizational skills. You are comfortable in leading a team, managing priorities, and proposing concrete improvements on a daily basis.

Required skills:

Solid knowledge of heavy truck mechanics and onboard electronics. Mastery of stock management and spare parts purchases. Ability to manage a team and organize schedules. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in force. Rigor, sense of responsibility, and results orientation.

Sector Bédée (35) Permanent position, executive status. Compensation: 55 KEUR gross annual, according to experience
