Red Bud Regional Home Care, part of LHC Group and within the Optum family, is hiring a Home Health Patient Care Manager. You will supervise an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality home health care in compliance with physician plans and state/federal laws.
You will receive referrals, assign clinicians, plot start of care visits, and coordinate benefits and approvals. Strong supervisory experience and home care knowledge are required.
