As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, embodying our values and vision. You will take charge of the entire store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, nurturing team relationships, and maximizing profitability. Your leadership will inspire your team and cultivate an environment where everyone thrives.

• Oversee a team of 10-12 dedicated sales associates, guiding them to achieve their best.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and train new team members who are eager to contribute.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
• Ensure that our store s appearance aligns with our high company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing store operations.
• Manage daily operations including paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, and scheduling.
• Analyze local competitor pricing to keep our offerings competitive.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with an infectious enthusiasm.
• Trustworthy and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
