As we expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth, playing a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

Full‑Time position.

• Independently manage and lead the branch, receiving ongoing corporate training and support.
• Business Development:
  Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Referral Building:
  Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling:
  Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
• In‑home Assessments:
  Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management:
  Oversee the office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements.
• Culture and Team:
  Create a workplace of choice, motivate and incentivize staff, and set the tone of team morale.

• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Success in meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
