Ball is seeking a Greenhouse Manager to support breeding, product development and marketing by ensuring safe, efficient greenhouse operations for multiple species. You will lead a team of growers, manage crop culture, IPM, irrigation, PGRs, schedules, and record-keeping while developing strategy and coordinating with breeders, product managers and field staff.
This role requires a BS in horticulture, 2+ years supervisory experience, and ability to obtain
Illinois pesticide license; bilingual
