Overview
We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Federal Building job in Havelock, NC. Do you trust your instincts and have confidence in your ability as a leader? We need a project manager who can organize and initiate structure with flexibility, build lasting relationships, ensure profitability and business outcomes, and maintain our company culture.
- Providing leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnel
- Project start up, project completion, and entire close‑out process
- Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting
- Responsible for managing contractual issues
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion
- Provide leadership and development to project team; final say in resolution of problems
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans; identify issues to Program Manager as required
- Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete
- Ensure construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed; coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience managing construction teams
- Success in client relationships
- Specific roles may require relocation
Salary range: $125,000 - $180,000 annually.
