IFMA Denver Chapter is seeking a Project Manager to oversee cash funded, general fund, deferred and capital projects on a campus in Illinois. The role covers planning, scheduling, budgeting, design, procurement, and construction oversight through to final closeout.
You will coordinate with campus stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure timely occupancy within budget. Mentoring junior planners and supporting annual firm selections are also expected.
