Location: Red Bud
Addus Home Care in Illinois is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions, including recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office staff, to meet budgeted census.
You will manage payroll and billing, ensure compliance, drive census and revenue growth, provide guidance to staff, conduct trainings and present weekly progress to the Agency Director and Regional Director.
