Beck's Car Wash in Peoria Heights is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations, develop employees, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service
- Support daily operations and site performance
- Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly service
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent wash quality
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
- Help lead team performance and maintain operational standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Complete cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting procedures
- Help manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined or willing to learn basic equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
