• Program and operate CMM equipment to inspect complex machined components
• Create, modify, and optimize CMM programs using PC‑DMIS (or similar software)
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to production and quality teams
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed

• 3+ years of experience programming and operating CMMs in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Experience with PC‑DMIS or comparable CMM software preferred
• Background in precision machining, CNC, or metal manufacturing
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot inspection issues
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
