Tool and Die Technician

We are looking for a Tool and Die Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hr. (Depending on experience)

• Cut, shape, and trim metal or plastic blanks using power saws, shears, and hand tools.
• Conduct test runs on tools and dies; adjust to meet specifications.
• Fit, assemble, and repair dies, jigs, gauges, and tools using machine and hand tools.
• Set up and operate CNC or conventional machines to create parts to required dimensions and finishes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or models to plan machining operations.
• Measure and mark materials for machining using precision instruments.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, alignment, and quality using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical associate’s degree preferred
• 3-6 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
