For more than 100 years, Radiac has delivered industry‑leading technology, products and services to the metal finishing industry. Radiac is a TYROLIT company, part of the Swarovski Group headquartered in Schwaz, Austria. We are looking to grow our production team at our Salem, IL facility.

Employees are also eligible for PTO and holiday pay.

Starting pay is $20.25 per hour; $21.25 per hour after six months, topping out at the union scale after one year ($23.91 per hour). An additional $2.00 per hour shift premium is paid for the 3rd shift.

In this position, you will be responsible for following work instructions in order to meet production goals and quality standards in a safe manner.

• Ability to follow work instructions to meet production goals and quality standards
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to use various measuring instruments
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to read a blueprint
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to exert physical force to push, pull, lift, or carry 55 lbs. regularly
