Swing Shift (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM on a rotation)
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience plus $2.00/hour shift premium

Reports To:
Production Supervisor
- Operate heat-treating equipment including furnaces, ovens, and quenching systems.
- Load and unload materials or parts into designated fixtures or trays for heat treating processes.
- Oversee and adjust heat treating settings, including temperature, cycle times, and atmosphere, to meet required specifications.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards, including hardness, tempering, and other metallurgical properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and technical specifications.
- Perform basic maintenance and calibration on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Continually look to improve processes and procedures.
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of heat treatment processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and technical specifications.

- Education:
High School Qualifications (Preferred) - Certifications:
Powered Industrial Equipment Certification.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
- Exposure to high temperatures, loud noise, and industrial chemicals.
