• Operate and monitor manual press machines with precision and care.
• Load, remove, and inspect materials, keeping quality and safety top of mind.
• Make press and feed adjustments to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Track production, maintain records, and report issues quickly.
• Support continuous improvement through 5-S activities.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Contribute to a positive, team-first culture.

• 1+ years experience as a machine or press operator.
• Ability to read, speak, and follow instructions in basic English.
• A flexible mindset, willingness to cross-train and support team goals.
• Reliability and commitment to attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work required overtime when needed.
