The Assembly Operators are responsible for performing a variety of assembly lines and presses that support the manufacturing of industrial chain products for Diamond-Drives. This includes operating machinery, assembling products or components on a production line, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Operators may progress through three levels if they have met the required skills and qualifications for each role.

• Follow detailed instructions of assignment including but not limited to; work instruction, blueprints, route cards, and verbal/written instructions.
• Interpret and follow multiple chain assembly instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production of various chain models.
• Responsible for assembling chain components and products according to specifications, using both manual and automatic methods.
• Operate production equipment such as presses, grinders, assembly machines, and dip tanks.
• Ensure quality standards are met using gauges, measuring tools, and visual inspection.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Maintain adequate housekeeping, ensuring clean and organized work area.
• Must practice all safety procedures and complete necessary trainings related to job duty.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support staff.
• Perform all other relative duties as required or as directed

• Operate slide die machine to form and assemble chain components according to production specifications.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as loading parts, inserting pins, and operating press machines.
• Follow established procedures to assemble components and conduct quality checks.
• Operate and adjust machines such as punch presses, stakers, and grinders.
• Use hoists and lifting equipment to safely assist with the movement and positioning of large chain assemblies.

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and use of measuring tools

• Required
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Manufacturing experience, refer to qualifications for job level.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively for general understanding of required documentation, instructions, and procedures.
• Preferred
• Certifications from College or Technical School

Hourly compensation for this role is $16.80+ per hour. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company's short-term incentive program, paid time off plan that includes 10 additional company paid holidays, 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) with company match after one (1) month of employment plus quarterly Core Defined Contributions, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
