Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Capron, IL. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both MIG and TIG welding and have a strong background working with stainless steel and aluminum. This role requires a high level of precision and the ability to interpret technical drawings and utilize various measuring tools.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components with precision and quality.

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine project specifications.

• Utilize and accurately read measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure all welds and fabrications meet quality standards.

• Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality control standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

• Proven experience as a Welder, with strong proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding.

• Demonstrated experience welding stainless steel and aluminum.

• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.

• Proficiency in using a variety of measuring equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
