Assists in the re‑bagging production facility where cooking and popcorn oil products are prepared, processed, packaged, stored, and shipped. Primary duties include preparing and processing all kinds of packaged goods based on customer orders and specifications. The role follows all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards as required by company policy, maintaining an efficient flow of product through the production process.

Work schedules may vary based on product assignments. The position functions as a team member within the department and organization, performing any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities
  • Package oils into sellable jibb configurations; responsible for preparation, processing, and packaging.
  • May be assigned various duties including packaging oil mixes, stocking product, product rotation, cleaning, sanitation, and product stacking.
  • Review production schedule, perform safety checks, and obtain supplies required for work. Prepare the work area to ensure efficient operations.
  • Secure equipment, complete cleaning duties, and finish required paperwork (HACCP, SQF) before, during, and after assigned shifts.
  • Assemble boxes, pack, label, seal boxes, and stack full boxes on pallets for shipping.
  • Open product cases, remove contents, rotate stock, and inspect or maintain oil inventory as directed.
  • Follow all safety practices and GMP per company policy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Work 2nd shift: four 10‑hour days—Monday through Thursday, 4:15 pm to 2:45 am.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8‑12 hours per shift).
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Repetitive use of hands and arms for grasping, handling, and assembling products.
  • Bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Work at a fast‑paced production rate.
  • Maintain visual acuity for quality inspection and safety monitoring.
  • Hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions in a production environment.
  • Tolerate working in areas with noise, temperature variation, and food/industrial odors (as applicable).

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience working on a production line in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years experience on a production line specific to food processing or food production, including experience with vertical form‑filled bagging equipment.
