About the Company

SPI is an industry leader in energy‑efficient insulation and building material products.

As a Fabricator, you will operate a band saw and other types of saws to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation.

• Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
• Accurately measure material for efficiency.
• Maintain quality and housekeeping.
• Ensure production levels meet daily targets.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Execute any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Experience and/or training in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment (preferred).
• Able to be medically certified to wear a respirator if required.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Forklift certified.
• High school diploma or GED required.
