3rd shift Working Team Lead
Sunday-Thursday w/ OT as needed.
- Provides feedback to employees on job expectations and conducts employee counseling.
- Perform duties as described under Shift Supervisor
- Train new associates
- Act as the liaison between the customer and Pro Logistix.
- Supervise and assist with labeling and packing of materials or products.
- Ensure temporary employees are following Personnel Protective Equipment requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Has the ability to address safety incidents.
- Has the ability to do check ins.
- Communicates professionally and effectively.
- Dedicated and reliable.
- Steel toe boots will be required.
