, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Located in Red Bud, Illinois, RMF provides a full range of in-house capabilities including structural and pipe fabrication, electrical assembly, panel building, and complete modular unit assembly.   Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

  This position is eligible for a$500
  sign-on bonus
  ; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

  Responsibilities

  POSITION SUMMARY:

  Reporting to the Assembly Team Leader, this experienced Assembler will perform the assembling of major modular structures and conveyance.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble modular structures and/or conveyance using various tools and equipment according to job specifications.
  • Assembles and installs a variety of metal and non-metal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and plastic. Secures pipes to structures with brackets, clamps, and hangers using hand and power tools.
  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineered drawings (ISO’s), 3-D models, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions and/or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
  • Install piping insulation per project specifications.
  • Layout assembly components using drawing coordinates.
  • Operate mobile equipment including: scissor lift, mobile deck crane, overhead cranes, and forklift within the safety procedures and policies prescribed.
  • Lead a team of 1-3 team members on a project.
  • Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
