Compensation
Starting Total Pay: $24.00-$32.00/hour (base pay + weekly production bonus)
Production Bonus: variable, determined upon attaining production goals each week. Paid out weekly. Current average is 65%.
Example:
Hourly Base Rate = 15.53, Weekly Production Bonus = 60%. Total Hourly Rate = 24.84

Responsibilities& Expectations
These jobs do not require prior manufacturing experience and all necessary training will be provided on the job. Some roles will require moderate to heavy lifting and may be physically demanding. Candidates must be willing to work any shift and commit to a drug‑free environment.
Safety is paramount; candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety practices, policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
