• Extended hours and overtime may be required based on production needs

Job Summary:

The Production Associate I supports daily operations in a meat processing facility by packing, palletizing, staging products, and assisting with production processes. This role requires working in a cold manufacturing environment while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and palletize finished products
• Stage products for shipping or further processing
• Assist with production machinery and machine operations
• Support meat production and processing activities
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and raw product storage rooms
• Remove empty boxes, trash, and debris from work areas
• Follow all safety and food safety procedures
• Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately
• Work collaboratively with the production team
• Perform all duties safely and efficiently

Required Skills:

• Ability to work in a cold production environment for extended periods
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and work long shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Steel toe or composite toe boots required on Day 1

Preferred

Skills:

• 0 2 years of manufacturing or production experience
