Hughes Recruiting - - Responsibilities:
Receive, ship, and transfer milk accurately into proper silos under the direction of the Milk Prep Supervisor.;
Standardize milk to the correct ratios based on the type of cheese being produced.;
Monitor and operate CIP (clean-in-place) systems for tanks, silos, vats, and production lines.;
Load, wash, and assist with milk trucks as required.;
Complete required quality and production paperwork accurately and on time.
