General Helper

Position: General Helper*
Location: Cordova

3M -  - Responsibilities:
Support safe bulk loading and draining operations by monitoring trailer loading and finished product transfers to prevent spills, overfills, and contamination; maintaining clean work areas; and responding appropriately to leaks or emergency situations while working in an outdoor industrial environment and following all safety and regulatory requirements;
Execute cleaning and inventory management processes for totes and hoses by following established procedures, using solvents, maintaining adequate clean container inventory, and ensuring proper labeling of clean and dirty totes;
Operate material handling equipment such as fork trucks and pallet jacks to support cleaning, product movement, drum setup, and overall production workflow;
Perform basic preventive maintenance and supporting production readiness by conducting routine checks on tanks, vessels, and equipment, and assisting with drum setup through staging containers and ensuring correct container selection in collaboration with team members;
Support labeling and production accuracy by printing and applying labels, operating labeling equipment, and ensuring proper identification of process lines, equipment, and finished goods
