Role SummaryReporting to the Manufacturing Technical Supervisor, the Manufacturing Technical Coordinator prepares pre‑production paperwork, translates drawings and submittal packages from Design Teams, and converts them into executable formats for Manufacturing.

- Organize company projects for production, including pre‑production paperwork.
- Format engineering files for drop to production.
- Revise nesting layouts for maximum output.
- Review a pre‑determined checklist for each project to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Organize parts for packaging/assembly.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and written.
- Understands production requirements.
- Willing to train with Design Team at the Firehouse.
- Willing to learn new programs (e.g., Rhino).
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Possesses strong mathematical skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of work experience in drafting, millwork, cabinetry, or equivalent.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
The position requires regularly talking or hearing, standing, walking, hand use, reaching, occasional sitting, climbing or balancing, stooping or kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Workplace environments include office and manufacturing settings with appropriate PPE.
