Shift: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday

Job Overview: Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in firearm components, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team in the Gun Parts/Body Tubes Assembly Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble assigned gun components according to detailed assembly drawings and job requirements
  • Meet production goals and ensure timely shipment of subassemblies to the gun area
  • Complete and submit all necessary production paperwork accurately by the end of each shift
  • Monitor work visually to uphold quality standards and notify supervisors of any nonconformance or operational issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions confidently
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with basic math and computer skills
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
  • Willingness to train and cross-train within the department to support team flexibility
