Manufacturing Team Member – Custom Cabinetry & Architectural Millwork

For over 50 years, Romar Cabinet & Top Co. has been building custom cabinetry and millwork for homes and businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. Every project we produce is built to order, crafted by skilled hands, and designed to become a lasting part of someone's home.

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team and help create the custom kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, entertainment centers, closets, and architectural millwork that have defined our reputation for generations.

This is not an assembly-line environment. Every day brings new projects, new challenges, and opportunities to learn from experienced craftsmen who take pride in their work.

• Building and assembling custom cabinetry and millwork components
• Operating woodworking machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Sanding, preparing, and inspecting products to ensure exceptional quality standards
• Reading shop drawings and following production specifications
• Assisting with finishing, packaging, and preparing completed projects for delivery
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Working closely with team members to solve challenges and ensure projects stay on schedule

• Manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, construction, or related experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift materials and work in an active manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Pride in producing work that exceeds customer expectations
