Manager Maintenance - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

This facility is part of our Prepared Foods business unit. The Maintenance Manager I is responsible for supervising the maintenance staff of packaging production equipment on the off shifts. The role covers off shifts while being flexible with working hours.

• Assist in planning and executing plant improvements and expansions.
• Ensure continuous improvement mindset and long-term planning.
• Provide training and development for all maintenance personnel.
• Maintain a safe workplace, complying with all safety, health, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Continuously monitor plant equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Manage and maintain production equipment to keep the plant running 24/7.
• Manage the computerized maintenance management system (SAP) for tracking work orders and parts inventory.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations.
• Ensure maintenance personnel are trained, equipped, and motivated.
• Manage team timecards, work planning, and scheduling.
• Manage the maintenance budget, purchasing, and parts inventory.
• Track key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance costs, and PM compliance.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience.
• Continuous improvement experience within a maintenance environment.
• Strong computer skills, data collection, PowerBI a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; public speaking and presentation skills.
• Industrial maintenance competency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Ability to travel 1-5 domestic trips per year.
• Must reside in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Work Shift:

2nd Shift (United States). Pay Range: $102,000 - $170,000 per year.

Incentives:

Annual incentive plan available. Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year. Relocation assistance:
Eligible. Shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives or bonuses may be available.
