Whether your background is in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, machine repair, automotive mechanics, heavy equipment, or millwright work, we encourage you to apply. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Union title; Millwright), you’ll help maintain and repair the equipment that keeps our operation running. Working alongside experienced maintenance professionals, you’ll gain valuable hands‑on experience while contributing to a team that values safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Assist with machine installations, moves, and equipment setup.
• Support plant layout changes and production improvements.
• Level, align, lubricate, and maintain equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Work safely and contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience (pay range: $30.60–$37.40 per hour).

• Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, mechanical troubleshooting, manufacturing, or related trades.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance practices.
• Welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, or fabrication experience.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
