Production Specialist (Focus Area)

As a Production Specialist (Focus Area) you will work at our location in Ober-Erlenbach.
Your tasks:
- Weighing and assembling the solution components (weighing) according to manufacturing instructions
- Production of dialysis concentrate in compliance with manufacturing prescriptions, work instructions, and hygiene requirements
- Ensuring compliant product manufacturing in accordance with quality control and conducting sample taking
- Performing controls during the production of the solution
- Operating, cleaning, and maintaining the filling equipment according to SOPs
- Independently working with PCS7 and MES systems
- Monitoring water preparation plants and the required materials
- Maintaining the notification chain for system disturbances/errors/alarms
- Compliance with all quality management and GMP requirements
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the food/pharmaceutical industry, ideally as a pharmacist
- Experience in a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector or the food industry
- Knowledge in the field of physical/chemical laboratory (in-process control) is an advantage
- Experience with process control systems, etc., is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of chemical analytics (in-process control)
- Team skills, flexibility, conscientiousness, reliability, and independence
- Good German language skills and basic knowledge of English
- Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift)
