Le Site de Valeo basé à Étaples-sur-Mer (62) est un centre de Recherche & Développement et un Site de production. Il regroupe 1 200 collaborateurs autour de la conception et la fabrication de systèmes de propulsion.
We are looking for a Production Supervisor (M/F) in night shift.
Your role is to manage the autonomous production teams that are attached to you in terms of safety, quality and productivity, as well as the technical means that are entrusted to you.
Your Missions:- Ensure the safety of employees, report and address any safety deviations observed
- Animate and supervise its production teams
- Optimize the use of technical and human resources
- Coordinate the production needs with the appropriate support services (maintenance, logistics, methods, industrialization...)
- Improve the quality, cost, deadlines, involvement, and safety performance of its lines
- Pilot continuous improvement and develop the skill level of the teams
About you:
You have significant experience of at least 3 years in production management, ideally acquired in the automotive industry or in a high-paced technology industry.
With a higher education degree, you hold an engineering degree or equivalent master's degree in production management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Independent, rigorous and responsive, you demonstrate real leadership, proven managerial skills, and a relational ease that allows you to rally the teams. Your ability to propose concrete solutions and evolve processes will be an essential asset for success in this position.
