CNC​/Manual Machining Technician — Setup & Production

• Work on both CNC and manual equipment to keep your skills sharp.
• Be part of a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and clean, safe work practices.
• Partner directly with engineers and programmers to refine processes.

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and/or manual mills and lathes for production and one-off parts.
• Translate blueprints, drawings, and specifications into clear machining steps.
• Measure and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; maintain spec compliance.
• Monitor machine performance and make offsets/adjustments to protect quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance; troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with engineers/programmers to improve cycle times and machining methods.
• Keep your area organized; follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate, timely job records.

• Hands-on machining experience (CNC and/or manual).
• Proficiency setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or manual machines.
• Comfort with precision measurement tools and inspection practices.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast‑paced team.

• Familiarity with G‑code programming (a plus, not required).
