Location: America

Job Summary

Production Operator on 2nd Shift, located in Buffalo Grove, IL. Shift hours: 2:00pm – 10:30pm. Hourly rate: $20.21.

Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Ability to perform physical requirements, including sitting, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and other movements throughout the workday.
    • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
    • Ability to assemble and adjust products per work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing products by following visual aids, written work instructions, established procedures, and verbal directions.
  • Operating hand, pneumatic, and power tools, as well as small and large production equipment, material handling devices, and computer‑controlled machinery.
  • Moving materials and components to support production requirements and maintain efficient material flow.
  • Rotating between workstations, work cells, and departments to support operational needs and production schedules.
  • Completing and maintaining required production, quality, and departmental records.
  • Identifying and reporting process, equipment, or quality issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Performing product, equipment, and process setups, adjustments, and changeovers per established procedures.
  • Supporting a safe, organized, and team‑oriented work environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
