Estimated hourly base pay: $18.27 (minimum) - $24.04 (midpoint) - $29.33 (maximum).Level 1:

Training shift will be on 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7am - 3:30pm, for the first 2 weeks.

Associate Repair & Overhaul Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Disassemble and Reassemble Components:
Uses specialized hand tools and instruction manuals to carefully dismantle and rebuild aircraft parts following detailed work orders.

Conduct Visual Inspections:
Examines mechanical and structural components under supervision to identify wear, corrosion, or damage using measurement tools and gauges.

Execute Routine Cleaning:
Applies cleaning solutions and techniques to remove debris, oil, and contaminants from parts in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Perform Simple Adjustments:
Aligns, measures, and calibrates parts to specified tolerances using precision tools and gauges as instructed by senior technicians.

Document Maintenance

Activities:

Records inspection findings, repair steps, and tool usage in maintenance logs and digital systems adhering to documentation guidelines.
