Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, seeks a Lead Fitter/Welder at its Clinton, IL plant to lead welding operations. You will lay out, fit, fabricate, repair, and inspect steel components per blueprints, layouts, and work orders, using various welding equipment to meet safety standards and deadlines.
You will mentor welders, coordinate workflows, and perform high-precision welding tasks including multi-pass and full-penetration welds, ensuring quality and compliance with specs.
