We are currently hiring Machine Operator Trainees and Production Associates for a growing plastics manufacturing company in Dupo, IL—just 15 minutes from South County!

These are performance-to-hire opportunities with excellent growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package upon hire.

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
• Increase to $19.00 per hour upon hire
• Weekly pay
• Must be flexible to work day, evening, or night shifts

• Assist in the operation of production machinery
• Monitor equipment and production processes
• Perform quality checks as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support production teams with various duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Willingness to work day, evening, or night shifts
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to learn
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment
