Location: Flora
Silgan is seeking a packer to support production floor flow, quality checks, and packing in a rotating weekly schedule. The role requires stocking materials, breaking relief, and assisting with sorting and hold processes to ensure smooth line operations.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable standing, lifting, and performing routine quality inspections with IBM reporting. This position is on-site and part of the warehouse operations team.
