SALARY RANGE: $17–$19 per hour

The purpose of this position is to assist the agronomy team with day‑to‑day operations including equipment preparation, product handling, and plant support tasks.

• Assist in filling NH3 tanks
• Help transfer and deliver products between locations.
• Support equipment set‑up and field operations.
• Assist in maintenance of operations and equipment at location.
• Works with location manager on all safety and compliance issues.
• Assist operators and drivers as needed

• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
• Mechanical or farm experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Frequently required to lift 51–70 lbs as needed.
• Frequently required to work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
• Frequently exposed to working conditions that may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.
• Will be required to work hours other than those considered “normal” to meet seasonal demands.
