• Core box mounting
• Mixing and testing core sand
• Bolt threading
• Molding functions such as preparing pouring basins
• Mold spraying, drying and/or venting
• Operating punch‑out and related equipment
• Finishing functions such as riser breaking
• Hand chipping and finning
• Operating shakeouts, stand and portable grinders
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles

• One‑year prior manufacturing work experience
• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to stand throughout an 8 to 12‑hour shift
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and manufacturing equipment

• Previous machine shop or foundry experience
• Computer knowledge
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving and decision‑making
• Math skills

• Competitive base salary – starting pay rate at $20.40‑$25.32, plus $1.00 night‑shift premium
