Job SummaryResponsible for building high-quality laminate cabinetry used in commercial environments. Takes pride in craftsmanship, works accurately from drawings, and understands the importance of producing durable, professional-grade cabinetry.
Essential Functions- Fabricate and assemble custom laminate cabinets, casework, countertops, and related millwork components.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, machine, edge-band, laminate, and assemble materials to required dimensions and tolerances.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools including saws, routers, drills, and sanders.
- Inspect finished products for quality, fit, and finish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
- Carpentry, cabinet making, millwork, woodworking, or casework fabrication experience required
- Familiarity with production shop workflows and quality standards.
- Experience working with laminate and sheet goods such as particleboard, MDF, or plywood strongly preferred.
- Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical production work.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with production shop workflows and quality standards.

Starting Salary: $20 - $22/hour or higher depending on experience.
