US Foods is hiring a Production Associate - 2nd Shift for our Stock Yards operation. In this role, you will support meat and poultry production by accurately cutting, portioning, packaging, labeling, and staging products for customer orders in a refrigerated environment. Responsibilities include following production specs, using knives and equipment safely, maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards, completing quality checks, and meeting productivity targets.
You will work closely with the production and warehouse teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting with opportunities for training and advancement.
