Job Description

Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions).

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs periodically throughout the shift.
• Must be able to use a scale and record weights correctly.
• Must be able to follow GMP'S and HACCP regulations.
• Must be able to keep area clean.
• Must be forklift qualified or pass forklift certification test.
• Perform and properly document HACCP checks.
• Conduct and properly document HAACP Direct Observations.
• Must be able to learn and use the AS400 to record and verify ingredient use and yields.
• Must be able to use the AS400 to manage inventory of ingredients and WIP items.
• Collect required samples and turn in, to Quality Control.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to record lot numbers on formula sheets.
• Must be able to identify allergens.
• Must be able to perform all reasonable work assignments.

• Must have a good attendance record
