• 1:00 pm - 12:00 am
• 3:00 pm - 2:00 am
• 7:00 pm - 6:00 am

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Troubleshoot, install, build, calibrate, tune & conduct repairs of furnaces
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment
• Diagnose combustion, electrical & mechanical equipment
• Disassemble, inspect, rebuild and re-assemble heavy industrial machinery
• Perform Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS), System Accuracy Tests (SAT)
• Operate and troubleshoot furnaces and control systems
• Actively promote a safe and healthy work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot large machinery
• Experience with a volt meter is preferred.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and PLCs
• HVAC and blue print reading experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation of repairs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to climb ladders and work at elevations up to 60 feet
• Preferred – Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Mechanic Technical Diploma, or successful completion of Mechatronics Apprenticeship Program

The actual pay offered to a candidate will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
