Quality Inspector (1st & 2nd shift)
Location:
Minonk, IL Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.54
What You’ll Do️ Hands-on with manufacturing: support production, troubleshoot parts & fixtures Inspection pro: perform receiving checks, audits, weld certifications, and document results Metrology master: gauge repair, calibrations, and station verifications Keep it clean: maintain organized work areas for smooth operations Quality guardian: inspect rejected/reworked material, track non-conforming parts, and escalate issues Process evaluator: ensure proper gages at machine stations & recommend improvements
Qualifications Strong communication skills Problem-solving mindset: define issues, collect data, draw valid conclusions
Physical Requirements Frequent climbing, bending, twisting Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
