Production Line Mechanic

Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Line Mechanic to support our high-speed food manufacturing operations. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance. You'll perform preventive and predictive maintenance, support line changeovers, and quickly diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues. Working in a fast-paced, inclusive environment, you'll collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and help deliver the iconic and emerging brands enjoyed by millions of consumers every day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed food production and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues using hand and power tools
• Support line changeovers, setups, and equipment adjustments for different products
• Document maintenance activities and adhere to safety, quality, and food safety standards
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve line performance
• Assist with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout, and GMP requirements
