Plant Manager Opportunity!

Our client, a well-established food manufacturing operation,

is seeking a Plant Manager to lead in a USDA-regulated environment. If you are an experienced Plant Manager who understands food safety, thrives on the production floor, and can drive safety, quality, and efficiency while leading large hourly teams, this is the opportunity for you!

Requirements &

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily plant activities
Train, manage, and provide feedback to employees
Enforce food safety, personal safety, GMP, and HACCP standards
Ensure production efficiencies, quality targets, and staffing requirements are met
Prepare daily efficiency and production reports
Verify HACCP documentation and monitor compliance
Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; coordinate with maintenance
Ensure accurate product identification, weighing, and warehousing
Maintain complete and accurate production paperwork

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of food processing experience (meat industry required)
USDA and HACCP experience required
5+ years prior experience supervising large plant teams
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Meat/Agriculture Science, Supply Chain, or related field
BRC or advanced food safety exposure
